WHY ARE PRIVATE CLASSES IN THIS COURSE?

HOW LONG IS A PRIVATE CLASS?
30 minutes each.

WHEN SHOULD I TAKE MY PRIVATE CLASSES?
You can discuss your private class schedule directly with your assigned teacher. We offer mornings, afternoons and evenings for them. We will also send you a recommended schedule by email after you book.
WILL I TAKE ALL MY PRIVATE CLASSES TOGETHER ON ONE DAY?
Normally private classes are 1 hour each time (2 private classes X 30 minutes) & sometimes 1.5 hours each time (3 private classes X 30 minutes). It depends on how many you book. Don't worry. It's very easy to schedule these classes and we will explain everything during your classes.

WHEN CAN I BEGIN?
Any week. The course simply repeats every 4 weeks. Start anytime and you will complete everything :)

WHAT IF I MISS A GROUP CLASS?
No problem. We will email you a video of the group class. We record our group lesson so you won't miss any. Just email us the day after and we will send it to you ;)

WHAT IS A FEEDBACK VIDEO?
Most people need their writing & speaking corrected. You give us a Writing Task 1, Writing Task 2 and an audio recording of your speaking. Our teacher will record a video of themselves when they check your work. They will show you your mistakes, offer suggestions and tips in this video. After, they will send it to you so you can make corrections :)​

HOW DO I GIVE YOU MY CELPIP WRITING?
After you book your course, we will email you a Google Doc. You can do your writing on it and share it with us. Don't worry. We will explain everything in our emails to you.
